About the Residence
Walnut Beach Luxury House was built from the ground up in 2022 as a luxury primary residence, reflecting a standard of quality rarely found in furnished housing.
Energy-efficient foam insulation, three-zone HVAC, nine-foot ceilings, wide-plank white oak floors, and abundant natural light create a residence that's exceptionally quiet, comfortable, and refined throughout every season.
Located on a quiet residential street in Milford's Wildemere Beach neighborhood, just six homes from private resident beach access and a short walk to Walnut Beach and Silver Sands State Park.

A dedicated private office on the main level provides a quiet, door-closed space for focused work. A second workspace on the third floor, outfitted with a Herman Miller chair, offers an alternative setting with water views.
The primary suite includes an oversized walk-in closet built for an actual residence, not a vacation rental — meaningful hanging space, drawers, and shelving for an extended stay.

The expansive third-floor lounge offers a board game library, putting green, poker table, yoga and meditation nook, water views, and comfortable seating — a separate space to relax, take a call, or simply unwind without leaving the residence.
Outside, two Trex decks and a louvered pergola extend the living space throughout the milder months. The Wildemere Beach neighborhood is quiet and walkable, with private resident beach access just six homes away.
